Set in the beautiful countryside on the eastern coast of the Isle of Wight nestled under Culver Down you will find ‘The Bees Knees’ a well-equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable holiday home on Sandhills Holiday Park.
The Bees Knees is ideal for you and your family to relax and enjoy all the Island has to offer.
With spectacular sea views and fabulous views over the neighbouring countryside, set in a perfect location to explore the island.
Comprising of one double bedroom with Freeview TV, plenty of storage space, mirrored dressing table, door into family bathroom with large shower cubical. (There is also one door into the bathroom leading from the hallway.) Jack n Jill.

Spacious lounge area, with Smart TV, 2 and 3 seater comfortable Sofas, electric fire, French doors leading out onto the spacious secure decking area, complete with outdoor rattan outdoor furniture and stunning sea views.

All mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed for every booking, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Beds are made up for your arrival.
Open plan kitchen/ lounge, fully fitted kitchen with 3 drawer freezer, separate fridge/freezer. Full size cooker, Airfyer, microwave toaster, coffee machine & kettle.
Also supplied are dishcloths, scourers, tea towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, antibacterial spray, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hoover, DAB radio, assortment of DVDs and various games for the children.
All linen and towels are supplied (we kindly request you bring your own beach towels). Toilet rolls and anti-bacterial hand wash are supplied in , please note we do not supply toiletries.
Cot, highchair freshly laundered linen for baby, changing mat, pushchair and safety gate are all available upon request at no extra charge.
Outdoor seating on the spacious decking, with outdoor solar lighting for those summer evenings, will certainly allow you to relax and watch the sun go down and the cruise ships sail past, with a glass of wine (or two) .Rattan furniture sun loungers & BBQ available.
You will enjoy a welcome pack of Fresh Island produce on arrival, even a small gift for the children

There is a small washing line, pegs, linen basket and clothes airer are available.
Water, gas and electricity are included in our rental charges, all you need to do is relax and enjoy.
Please note bookings are taken Sunday to Sunday, short breaks are available out of season only (min 3 nights).
All fire alarms and carbon monoxide sensors are tested weekly prior to your arrival and logged to ensure your safety, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are both provided, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors ( Inc e cigarettes) also on decking area.
Sorry, we do not allow pets (site rules).
A £100 deposit will be required upon booking this will also secure your booking.
Discounted ferry travel both Wightlink and Red Funnel are available to guests, please discuss with us whilst booking.
Arrival time is 3pm, departure time 10am unless prior arrangement with us.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sandhills Holiday Park has a cliff top setting with breath-taking coastal views.
The sandy Whitecliff Bay is just a short stroll away and can be accessed by Sandhills own private footpath.
Sandhills Holiday Park has a children’s play area that will keep the children entertained, a well-stocked shop with off licence for all those essentials, a launderette with washing machines and dryers, please note tokens will need to be purchased from reception.
Sandhills is a family run site aimed for couples and family groups. No Hen or Stag Parties please.

Private path down to the beautiful Whitecliff Bay beach just a 2 min stroll away from The Bees Knees.

We have an extensive information booklet in The Bees Knees with every attraction listed, leaflets and information on where to visit, what to see and do.
From beaches to bars, restaurants, model village, theme parks for the children, dinosaurs and even dinosaur bones, quaint chocolate shops, tea gardens, Island Gin & Vodka distillery, coastal walks, cycling there are lots of plenty of hidden gems, Osbourne House, Brading Roman Villa, Carisbrooke Castle all a must when visiting the island.
There is so much to see and do on the island, if this is your first visit, we are sure you will want to return again and again you will find all the information you need in The Bees Knees
There are plenty of supermarkets to stock up on your holiday groceries, and favourite tipples, ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and M&S, lots of Co-op stores dotted around the island, all details can be found in our information booklet.
Please note we are happy to accept online grocery deliveries for you on your day of arrival. Please enquire when booking with us.
